For over 30 years, Tim Konganda has shaped the built environment through award-winning educational, civic, cultural, aviation, and federal projects across local and global markets. Since joining PGAL in 2020, he has leveraged the firm’s legacy and resources to foster a culture of partnership—where collaboration thrives and every team member is empowered to contribute meaningfully.
Tim is committed to design that is both responsive and enduring, leading with integrity, collaboration, and vision—core values that make him a trusted advisor to clients, owners, and stakeholders. Guided by his design philosophy “Creating Landmarks – Connecting Communities”, he believes great architecture should not only endure, but inspire, unite, and leave a legacy.
Tim holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Bangalore University and a Master of Architecture with emphasis on Urban Design and Historic Preservation from the University of Oklahoma. Tim is an active member of the American Institute of Architects, the Texas Society of Architects, and is one of the few National Storm Shelter Association (NSSA) Accredited Professionals in the country.
“I’m focused on building a collaborative culture where everyone can grow with intention, lead with humility, and shape their own journey through the purposeful impact of design.”
