Since joining the firm in 1990, Sharon Lang has been a driving force in shaping PGAL’s culture for more than three decades. As the firm evolved and expanded, she played a key role in establishing its human resources program and strengthening the sense of community that continues to define PGAL today.
With a deep commitment to mentorship and service, Sharon is known for building trust, offering guidance, and supporting staff through both personal and professional milestones. Her leadership reflects the belief that great work starts with strong relationships, and she continues to be a vital part of PGAL’s people-first culture.
As Principal and Executive Vice President, Sharon leads PGAL’s human resources efforts and works closely with leadership teams across offices.
