Since joining PGAL in 2012, Ryan Josefovsky has played a pivotal role in elevating the firm’s profile as a leader in the transportation market. With a reputation for delivering high-impact, large-scale projects, he leads with a focus on performance, technical excellence, and practical innovation. His expertise includes managing PS&E and schematic design of highways, toll roads, and complex interchanges for both municipal and state agencies.
Ryan takes a collaborative, hands-on approach to leadership, working closely with his teams to solve problems and guide engineers as they take on greater project responsibilities. He is deeply committed to mentoring the next generation of engineers—helping them build both technical mastery and the leadership mindset required for complex project delivery. His work continues to bolster PGAL’s standing as a trusted partner in shaping the transportation landscape across Texas.
He earned his engineering degree from Vanderbilt University and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Houston.
