Ruben Martinez has led a wide range of public projects, from large-scale historic restorations to forward-looking sustainable facilities. Since joining PGAL in 2004, he has played a key role in shaping civic and government work, guiding complex projects from concept through completion.
He is known for his clarity, design sensitivity, and ability to translate client goals into lasting, high-performing solutions. Ruben values PGAL’s culture of teamwork and shared purpose and takes pride in supporting teams that deliver thoughtful, enduring results.
He earned a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Houston and is a member of the American Institute of Architects.
