As the firm’s Controller and Corporate Secretary, Queen Chevis oversees PGAL’s accounting operations, playing a key role in integrating financial systems with firmwide project management and strategic planning. Since joining PGAL in 1997, she has been a trusted partner to leadership, helping to align day-to-day functions with long-range business goals that support the firm’s continued growth and resilience.
Known for her steady leadership and deep institutional knowledge, Queen is instrumental in supporting PGAL’s financial health and internal operations. She is valued for her collaborative approach, strong relationships across departments, and unwavering commitment to the firm’s success.
Queen earned both a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration from Texas Southern University.
