Payal Harrell specializes in the programming, planning, and design of rental car, parking, and transportation-related facilities. Since joining PGAL in 2005, she has worked closely with airport authorities and rental car companies to deliver efficient, sustainable, and place-making facilities that serve both operational needs and passenger experience.
Payal is known for her ability to build strong, lasting client relationships and for going above and beyond to ensure project success. Her collaborative approach, attention to detail, and understanding of stakeholder priorities reflect PGAL’s commitment to thoughtful, high-performance design.
She earned a Bachelor of Architecture from Southern Polytechnic State University and is an active member of the American Association of Airport Executives.
