As Principal and IT Director, Nick Sticklen leads PGAL’s technology strategy with a focus on agility, reliability, and real-world results. Since joining the firm in 2023, he has driven the evolution of IT systems that power PGAL’s day-to-day operations and long-term growth, implementing tools and processes that support project teams across offices.
Nick’s approach blends strategic foresight with a deep commitment to execution. Whether introducing new platforms, enhancing cybersecurity, or streamlining operations, he brings clarity and consistency to every solution. His leadership fosters a culture of collaboration, where technology is treated not just as infrastructure, but as a catalyst for innovation, performance, and resilience.
He is known for building strong cross-functional relationships, mentoring rising IT professionals, and helping PGAL adapt to an ever-changing digital landscape.
Nick holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Houston and is a Microsoft Certified System Administrator and Technology Specialist as well as a VMware Certified Professional.
