Luis González brings expertise in civil engineering for transportation infrastructure, with project experience ranging from rural highway widenings to complex urban freeway reconstructions. Since joining PGAL in 2015, he has successfully led multidisciplinary teams across all phases of project development for state departments, regional toll road authorities, counties, and municipalities.
Known for his technical depth and dependable leadership, Luis is a trusted project manager who guides teams through design challenges with focus and efficiency. His experience across design disciplines allows him to coordinate large-scale transportation projects with precision, consistently meeting client goals and project schedules. He values PGAL’s collaborative culture and is passionate about mentoring engineers to grow as technical leaders and strong contributors.
Luis earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University and is a licensed Professional Engineer. He is an active member of the American Society of Civil Engineers – Houston Branch and previously served as President of the Board of Directors in 2018.
