Jorge Garcia

Jorge Garcia brings architectural and master planning expertise to PGAL, with a portfolio that spans higher education, institutional, mixed-use, and civic projects. Since joining the firm in 2024, he has contributed strategic vision and design leadership to projects of all scales, with a focus on integrated planning and long-term impact.

His experience includes complex work across North America, including student housing, campus master plans, and sustainable civic environments. Jorge is dedicated to advancing sustainable design and user-focused environments, ensuring that every project thoughtfully addresses the needs of its community. He values PGAL’s culture of teamwork and shared learning and actively mentors emerging professionals within the firm.

Jorge earned a Bachelor of Architecture from José Antonio Echeverría Higher Polytechnic Institute in Havana, Cuba. He is licensed in both the United States and Canada and volunteers with local planning initiatives that help shape the future of the City of Boca Raton, FL.
