Jeffrey A. Weiner

Since joining PGAL in 1997, Jeff Weiner has established a niche practice focused on landside aviation, rental car, vehicle maintenance, and parking facilities. As Principal and Executive Vice President, his leadership has helped PGAL secure and deliver some of the nation’s most high-profile transportation infrastructure projects through a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and client-centered service.

With a foundation in education and municipal work, Jeff transitioned into aviation with a clear vision for how to grow a specialized practice across markets. He builds resilient teams and long-term partnerships, embodying PGAL’s culture of collaboration, trust, and shared success.

Jeff earned a Bachelor of Environmental Design from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a Master of Architecture from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects, Texas Society of Architects, AIA Georgia, American Association of Airport Executives, Airports Council International, and Aviation Consultants Council.
