Since joining PGAL in 2002, Donna Russell has played a central role in shaping the firm’s national business development strategy. As Director of Business Development, she has helped lead the pursuit and planning of many of PGAL’s most high-profile projects, advancing the firm’s position in key markets including aviation, civic, and healthcare.
Donna’s strategic insight has been instrumental in establishing the firm’s presence in Southern Nevada and expanding opportunities across public, private, and federal sectors. She continues to guide proposal development, client relationships, and long-term growth initiatives with a focus on building trust and sustaining meaningful partnerships.
She earned a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from New Hampshire College (now Southern New Hampshire University) and is an active member of NAIOP, Airports Council International, and the American Association of Airport Executives.
