Diana Payne joined PGAL in 2004 and has been a leader in advancing the firm’s aviation portfolio. With deep experience delivering terminal programs for major domestic carriers, she brings a hands-on, proactive leadership style grounded in client service, technical excellence, and thoughtful coordination.
Known for her clarity, focus, and dedication to quality, Diana has helped grow PGAL’s aviation practice through long-standing partnerships and a reputation for collaborative delivery. She values PGAL’s cross-functional culture, where principals remain fully engaged in the work and accessible to teams at every level.
Diana combines strategic thinking with a genuine care for people. She brings optimism and professionalism to every project and recharges through creative pursuits like photography, painting, and playing the piano.
She earned her Bachelor of Architecture from Carleton University in Ottawa and is a member of the American Institute of Architects.
