Derron Vincik joined PGAL in 2000 and has helped build a statewide and growing national presence in transportation infrastructure. His expertise multi-level freeway interchanges and toll roads to rural and urban roadways and transit facilities.
As Principal and Executive Vice President, Derron’s entrepreneurial mindset and technical precision have shaped PGAL’s engineering identity. He is committed to scaling impact while preserving the supportive, collaborative culture that defines the firm.
He earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University and is a an active member of the American Council of Engineering Companies, Associated General Contractors of America, Transportation Advocacy Group, and the North Houston Association.
