David Moss

Dave Moss joined PGAL in 1998 and has been instrumental in expanding the firm’s aviation and civic markets. His leadership blends design excellence with a deep understanding of the operational, logistical, and regulatory complexities that shape public-facing infrastructure. Whether leading terminal programs or civic facilities, Dave brings a clear, collaborative approach that prioritizes function, coordination, and long-term performance.

Known for his optimism and steady presence, Dave fosters a team culture built on trust, transparency, and shared vision. He believes in architecture as a collective endeavor and views PGAL’s future as one shaped by people and purpose.

He earned a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Kansas and is a member of the American Institute of Architects, the Architects League of Northern New Jersey, and Airports Council International.
