Costas Georghiou joined PGAL in 1997 and has been instrumental in building the firm’s engineering practice. Focused on public infrastructure, higher education, and transit-related work, he approaches each project as an opportunity to raise the standard for integrated design.
Costas is especially proud of the engineering group’s growth and the sense of family he’s helped foster at PGAL. His leadership continues to shape the firm’s trajectory as it evolves into a national force in both architecture and engineering.
Costas holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Houston. He is an active member of the Associated General Contractors of America, American Consulting Engineering Council, and Texas Good Roads Association.
