Cheryl Gajeske

Cheryl Gajeske joined PGAL in 2005 and has a depth of expertise in a wide range of markets including aviation, civic and commercial, with a commitment to interdisciplinary teamwork and client-focused delivery. Her work balances technical precision with long-term vision, supporting operational needs and community goals alike.

As a Principal and Executive Vice President, Cheryl values the mentorship and leadership development opportunities that define PGAL’s culture. She sees unlimited potential for the firm’s future, particularly in emerging offices where new markets and talent are taking shape.

Cheryl holds a Bachelor of Environmental Design from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Houston. A recipient of the Houston Chronicle’s “Woman on the Move” award and Houston Business Journal’s “Women Who Mean Business” award, Cheryl has served in leadership positions for many local organizations including the CREW Houston Board of Directors, the North Houston Association Board of Directors and the Houston Yet Center Development Committee.
