Sharon Lang Joins PGAL Board of Directors

PGAL is pleased to announce the election of Sharon Lang to the firm’s Board of Directors.

Since joining PGAL in 1990, Sharon has played an instrumental role in shaping the firm’s culture and supporting its people. As PGAL’s first human resources professional, she helped establish the firm’s HR program during a period of significant growth, fostering the people-first culture that continues to define the organization today.

Throughout her career, Sharon has been a trusted leader, advisor, and advocate for employees across the firm. Known for leading with empathy, integrity, and sound judgment, she has built lasting relationships, mentored generations of team members, and supported employees through both personal and professional milestones. Her leadership reflects the belief that great work begins with strong relationships.

Today, as Principal and Executive Vice President, Sharon leads PGAL’s human resources efforts and works closely with leadership teams across the firm’s offices, continuing to strengthen the culture that has become one of PGAL’s defining characteristics.

Her election to the Board of Directors reflects the respect and admiration she has earned throughout the firm. It recognizes not only her decades of leadership and dedication, but also the lasting influence she has had on the values that continue to guide PGAL.
