Inspired by the nostalgia of the original Ruby’s Diner, the restaurant pairs bold branding and energetic interiors with a highly efficient operational layout that supports quick service and an engaging guest experience.
Ruby’s Shake Shop brings a fresh take on the classic American diner experience to Henderson’s Green Valley Ranch District, transforming a vacant shell space into a vibrant fast-casual destination designed for today’s on-the-go dining culture.
PGAL provided architectural and interior design services for the 2,012-square-foot tenant improvement, collaborating closely with ownership to shape a refreshed brand environment that feels both familiar and contemporary. Warm wood finishes, exposed brick, graphic wall elements, and vibrant color accents create a lively atmosphere that reflects the brand’s personality while enhancing comfort and visibility throughout the space.
Designed to support high-volume food and beverage operations, the compact layout carefully balances kitchen efficiency, service flow, and guest circulation. Every element of the interior was coordinated to reinforce the restaurant’s identity while creating a welcoming neighborhood dining experience for the Henderson community.
Features include a complete interior build-out, branded dining environments, efficient kitchen and service planning, and coordinated architectural and engineering solutions tailored to fast-casual restaurant operations.
