City of Port Arthur Opens New Animal Services Center

The Port Arthur community celebrated the grand opening of its new Animal Services Center, a project that brings fresh energy and renewed purpose to animal care.

Port Arthur Mayor Charlotte Moses opened the program by welcoming the community and emphasizing that the Animal Services Center is more than just a building.
