Lago Mar Community Buildings
Texas City, TX
PGAL partnered with the Lago Mar development team to deliver a multiphase community destination that brings together recreation, amenities, and support facilities across more than 70 acres.

Anchored by a 12-acre crystal lagoon, Phase 1 establishes the core of the development through a collection of five completed structures that support both resident activity and day-to-day operations. Working alongside KGA DeForest Design, LLC as landscape architect, the team created a cohesive environment that integrates architecture and outdoor experience.
At the center is the 12,000-square-foot Community Clubhouse, designed as a flexible hub for gathering and wellness. The facility includes a large great room, offices, conference and meeting rooms, a workout area, a kitchen, and supporting spaces that allow it to adapt to a variety of uses.
Extending the clubhouse experience outdoors, Pavilions A, B, and C provide covered patio areas with integrated restrooms and support spaces, creating comfortable, shaded environments that enhance the lagoon setting. Building D supports lagoon operations and incorporates space for a large digital marquee, offering a visible platform for community communication and event promotion.
Together, these elements create a cohesive foundation for the Lago Mar community, balancing social spaces, operational needs, and future growth.
