City of Deer Park EMS Annex

Located adjacent to Fire Station No. 2, the new 10,500-square-foot Deer Park EMS Annex provides a modern, dedicated home for the City of Deer Park’s emergency medical services.
The design was shaped through a collaborative planning process that prioritized long-term operational goals and enhanced daily functionality for EMS personnel. The facility includes administrative offices, living quarters, a conference room, kitchen and dining area, watch room, and day room. It also provides eight dorm rooms, shower and restroom facilities, a central supply area, tool room, EMS storage room, and three apparatus bays designed to accommodate emergency response vehicles.
To maintain visual continuity with the neighboring fire station, the exterior incorporates split-face concrete masonry, stucco finishes, and standing seam metal roofing. These materials were chosen to align with existing campus structures and present a clean, modern appearance.
