A five-story precast concrete parking structure was added to the Sugar Land campus to support growing demand for staff and visitor parking. The 258,285-square-foot facility provides 836 spaces and connects directly to the existing Sweetwater Pavilion via an elevated pedestrian bridge.

Because construction displaced 285 surface spaces on the west side of campus, a new 367-space surface lot was planned and built on the east side as the project’s first phase. This approach ensured uninterrupted parking availability during construction.

The garage and bridge were designed to integrate seamlessly with the hospital’s existing campus architecture. Matching exterior materials and detailing help unify the new structure with surrounding buildings, reinforcing the cohesive visual identity of the site.
