University of Miami SoLé Mia Ambulatory Care Center Parking Garage
Miami, FL
Designed to support the University of Miami’s new seven-story Ambulatory Care Center, this 330,000-square-foot precast parking structure provides 1,090 spaces for valet, visitor, and staff use. Located on a 9.9-acre site, the open, non-sprinkled garage plays a critical role in serving the broader medical campus, which also includes a Central Utility Plant (CUP) and a pedestrian bridge connection.
The four-level garage features a three-bay configuration with center ramp parking to streamline internal circulation. A dedicated speed ramp along the north side provides staff-only access to the third level, supporting operational efficiency without interfering with visitor flow. One open stair tower is positioned at the southeast corner, while two enclosed stairwells at the northeast and southwest corners ensure accessible egress.
