Collin County Jack Hatchell Administration Building

The 91,000-square-foot, four-story facility supports long-term operational needs and strengthens the connection between county leadership and the public.

As the second phase of the Collin County Government Center, the building complements the adjacent courthouse and contributes to a unified campus. A shared exterior palette ensures visual consistency, while updated detailing and proportions give the structure its own identity within the larger master plan.

The building brings together essential county services, including the Commissioners Court, County Clerk, Tax Assessor, Justice of the Peace, Constable, and departments such as budget, audit, purchasing, GIS, and development services. Public-facing spaces include a large lobby, courtrooms, service counters, meeting rooms, and a staff kitchen. Each area is designed to support accessibility, operational efficiency, and future growth.
