As the central access point to the Academic Village, the parking structure delivers more than 1,080 spaces while supporting student housing, wellness and recreation facilities, pedestrian circulation, and the campus core. Materials such as brick and concrete banding were selected to complement surrounding university buildings and reinforce architectural continuity.

The façade is articulated with horizontal and vertical fins that follow the site’s curved geometry, while precast detailing drawn from nearby housing adds a residential character. Open stair towers and glass-backed elevator cores provide clarity and ease of movement, and sloped metal roofs cap circulation elements for both protection and visual appeal.

Site improvements included a new connector that accommodates vehicles, buses, and pedestrians. This link establishes a defined entrance to the Academic Village and improves traffic efficiency through the widening of Libra Drive.
