The 1,200-square-foot space celebrates the owner’s Mexican-American roots and his daughter Sadie, the shop’s namesake.

Departing from stereotypical color schemes, the design embraces a whimsical palette of pink, white, gold, and warm wood tones. A custom hot pink “melting ice cream” bench set against a vibrant mural doubles as a selfie spot, enhancing the shop’s social media appeal. Inside, custom furniture and finishes draw from travels across Mexico, creating an inviting atmosphere that blends nostalgia with modern touches.

To meet contemporary needs, the shop also integrates touchless ordering systems, ensuring a seamless and safe customer experience.
