Kaluz Restaurant

Unlike the original waterfront site, this landlocked property required a design that evoked a strong connection to water. A dramatic water-wall feature greets guests at the entry and doubles as a privacy screen for the outdoor dining terrace.

The terrace is enhanced by bubbling fountains that elevate the dining atmosphere, while a cascading reflecting pool with an infinity edge creates a distinctive focal point.

Guests arrive through a soaring reception area highlighted by a climate-controlled wine wall and a chandelier of cascading spheres of light. Finishes of dark wood, black stone, light-toned fabrics, and wood slat ceilings create a warm yet refined atmosphere. An open kitchen and wood-fired grill integrate the energy of food preparation into the overall dining experience.
