Cowboy Star

The design centers on a display kitchen framed by sculptural canopies and custom casework that invite guests into the culinary process.

Materials such as leather, black patina hot-rolled steel, stainless steel, stained concrete, and wood flooring are layered to create a warm, tactile environment. Vintage cowboy décor and exposed brick walls introduce character while preserving a refined aesthetic.

An intimate bar and outdoor patio extend the dining experience. Adjacent to the restaurant, a gourmet butcher shop reflects the same design language—offering premium cuts in a retail setting. The result is a seamless connection between dining and retail that reflects a focus on authenticity, craftsmanship, and detail.
