College of Southern Nevada Henderson Campus Master Plan

The resulting plan provides a long-term framework to guide development over the next 10 to 20 years, addressing growth opportunities while maintaining flexibility to support evolving academic programs and institutional goals. Key strategies include enhancing outdoor gathering spaces, improving parking access, and creating a stronger sense of arrival and campus identity.

The framework also promotes consistency across all CSN campuses through shared design guidelines, building densities, and parking ratios, while allowing each site to maintain its unique character. Standard colors, materials, and landscape concepts help unify the CSN brand. An update to the plan later incorporated new athletic facilities, including two soccer fields, a softball field, and a baseball field.
