To support continued growth, Eastern Metal Supply (EMS) expanded its Houston office with a design focused on flexibility, connectivity, and inclusivity. The 11,000-square-foot workplace features an open layout that encourages collaboration. High ceilings and adaptable workstations provide a balance between individual focus and group interaction, while adjacent private suites with glass storefronts offer secure, dedicated areas for accounting and purchasing teams.

conference and training room

At the center of the office, a café and breakroom serves as a gathering space for both office and production staff. Industrial materials are paired with a modern farmhouse aesthetic, highlighted by EMS’s own Tread Brite steel, bold red and black cabinetry, and pendant lighting. A mix of booths, communal tables, and power bar seating accommodates a variety of work and dining styles, while full kitchen amenities support daily use.

A flexible conference and training room connects directly to reception, supporting meetings, training, and after-hours events. This space reflects EMS’s culture of accessibility, efficiency, and teamwork.
