The 23,750-square-foot City Hall includes administrative offices, a video-equipped council chamber with seating for 120 and overflow capacity for 60, and a dedicated data and command center to ensure operational continuity. Adjacent to this, a 10,350-square-foot facility supports essential infrastructure and expanding service needs.

Stormwater management is integrated into the site through natural lake features, reinforcing sustainability goals and preserving ecological integrity.

Key adjacencies were defined to create a flexible layout that accommodates current functions and allows for future expansion. The result is a responsive, forward-looking municipal environment that reflects a commitment to environmental stewardship, efficient governance, and community-focused design.
