The 24,220-square-foot terminal includes premium amenities such as a customer lounge, a VIP lounge, multiple conference rooms, a crew lounge, a flight planning room, and a quiet room with a shower. Two adjacent 39,770-square-foot aircraft hangars support operations and aircraft storage.

Throughout the terminal, PGAL integrated a refined materials palette to convey effortless luxury. Large-format, stone-like tiles offer a sense of scale and permanence, balanced by warm wood paneling and soft trim. The design plays with both warm and cool tones, staying grounded in neutral hues for a timeless feel.

The terminal layout prioritizes comfort and natural light, with open concourse areas, varied seating options, and amenities designed for extended stays such as a custom wine cellar, kitchenette, refresh bar, and TV lounge. The VIP Lounge features a 90-degree window wall, full bar, and high-end finishes. Additionally, the pilots’ spaces include private restrooms, showers, and quiet rooms.

PGAL also provided full architecture and interior design services, including FF&E selection for the FBO, and coordinated with consultants on both the hangar and site development packages, which included a landside parking lot, fueling area, and aircraft apron.
