Rollertown Beerworks Celebrates Grand Opening of New Frisco Headquarters

Rollertown Beerworks celebrated the grand opening of its new headquarters in downtown Frisco, marking an exciting milestone for the fast-growing brewery backed by an ownership group that includes former NBA star Dirk Nowitzki, former MLB outfielder Torii Hunter, former NFL player Travis Frederick, and the digital entertainment group Dude Perfect. The opening event welcomed local officials, community members, and craft beer enthusiasts to explore the expansive new destination.

Located on a 2.5-acre site, the approximately 23,000-square-foot facility was designed by PGAL to reflect Rollertown’s community-driven brand and commitment to craft. The project complex houses a 14,000-square-foot, full-scale beer production facility, a 9,000-square-foot, two-story taproom with restaurant, an extensive outdoor event lawn with a live -performance stage and an outdoor beer garden space designed for events and social gatherings.

“Our design vision focused on creating a transparent, flexible environment that showcases the brewing process while enhancing the guest experience,” said Tim Konganda, AIA, Principal at PGAL. “The result is a place where production and hospitality work together to bring people closer to the craft and the community.”

The building features open sightlines into the brewhouse, an upper-level taproom overlooking downtown Frisco, and outdoor areas that accommodate live music, food trucks, and family-friendly activities. Designed to blend industrial character with contemporary form, the facility strengthens Frisco’s growing entertainment and hospitality scene.
