    PGAL is seeking a talented and proactive BIM Manager to join our Los Angeles office, bringing strong technical expertise and leadership in Design Technology. This role is ideal for individuals with a deep understanding of Revit-based workflows, a passion for mentoring others, and the ability to drive Design Technology innovation across project types and teams.

    We are especially interested in candidates with experience managing large-scale BIM workflows (multi-office, multi-discipline environments) and a background in aviation projects, including terminal design, support facilities, or related infrastructure. As part of PGAL’s national Design Technology team, you’ll play a key role in supporting both project delivery and the firm’s evolving digital practice.

    Responsibilities:
    - Serve as BIM lead and technical advisor across multiple projects and teams in the Los Angeles office
    - Collaborate with firmwide BIM Managers to develop and uphold Revit standards, protocols, and best practices
    - Support project teams with model setup, workflow strategy, and content development, including project-specific execution plans and modeling approaches
    - Conduct model health audits, quality reviews, and troubleshooting to maintain optimal performance across Revit models
    - Facilitate multi-discipline coordination (architecture, interiors, structure, MEP), including model integration and clash mitigation strategies

    - Strong background in BIM Execution Planning (BEP) and developing phase-specific modeling strategies from SD through CA

    PGAL’s Houston office is seeking an Infrastructure Support Specialist to join our IT team. This role offers the opportunity to grow your career in networking, firewall, and server administration while providing hands-on support to end users in a creative, fast-paced design environment.     Responsibilities:
    - Install, configure, and maintain network switches, VLANs, and SD-WAN
    - Administer and monitor firewall systems (rule sets, VPNs, and security policies)

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to support the successful execution of airport and aviation-related design and construction projects. This role requires A/E/C experience and focuses on managing project documentation, coordinating administrative workflows, and supporting construction administration activities. This position bridges office-based administration and document controls with construction support and assists the Principal in Charge with ensuring all project processes are executed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with contractual requirements and client expectations.

    Responsibilities:

    QUALIFICATIONS:
