New Associate Principals
 

PGAL Promotes Three to Associate Principal

PGAL, an international architecture, engineering, and planning firm, has promoted J. R. Garcia, P.E.; Levi McKee, AIA; and Ryan Josefovsky, P.E., to the position of Associate Principal.

J.R. Garcia, P.E.

With more than 15 years of structural design experience, Garcia’s expertise includes building design, multi-level interchanges, retaining walls, drainage structures, foundation studies, and seismic analysis.  

Since joining PGAL in 2006, he has contributed to a diverse range of projects for the Texas Department of Transportation, Harris County Toll Road Authority, Clark County Department of Aviation, Space Center Houston, and other clients.

Garcia earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. A licensed Professional Engineer, he is a member of the American Institute of Steel Construction.

Levi McKee, AIA

With more than 15 years of experience, McKee’s expertise includes the planning, design, and management of aviation projects including the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) Terminal 1.5, George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) New C North/Terminal B Northside Redevelopment, and the San Antonio International Airport (SAT) Terminal A Refurbishment.

A licensed architect, McKee earned bachelor’s degrees in environmental design and architecture from the University of Houston. He is an active member of the American Institute of Architects and the Rice Design Alliance.

Ryan Josefovsky, P.E.

With more than 15 years of civil engineering experience, Josefovsky’s expertise includes designing, managing, and reviewing complex, large-scale highway design projects. His broad experience encompasses complex interchanges, program management, and open tolling facilities.

Since joining PGAL in 2012 as a project manager, Josefovsky has contributed to several diverse projects for the Texas Department of Transportation, Harris County Toll Road Authority, as well as numerous county road projects.

A registered Professional Engineer, Josefovsky earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from the University of Houston.
