Florida Atlantic University Heritage Park Towers

Heritage Park Towers is the first outgrowth of a 10-year Florida Atlantic University campus housing study completed by PGAL in 2000.

The towers include a variety of student suites, including double/double units that house four students with a shared bath, double and two singles that house four students with a shared bath, and double units for two students with one bath and an RA unit with a private bath.

Each floor includes a student lounge for social interaction. The carpet, tile, and VCT are shades of gray, while accents of red, blue, yellow, and green mark the lobbies and entrances to student rooms.

The lobby features a partition wall, front desk, preformatted metal panels, and colored metal accents to create a high-tech aesthetic. The building also includes a ground floor lobby commons, study rooms, computer labs, common laundry, and a large multipurpose room as space for social interaction.
