TxDOT IH-10 Section 3

PGAL prepared PS&E for this 2.5 mile section of IH-10. PGAL's design included five miles of three lane frontage roads, 12 entrance and exit ramps, one braided ramp, four major intersecting streets, major sanitary sewer and waterline relocation and a large detention pond for area drainage. PGAL also served as Utility Coordinator - overseeing all utility adjustments and relocations; assisting utility companies to reach utility agreements with TxDOT; and development of ‘utility lane assignments’ to assist utility companies with their relocation design.
