George Bush IAH Terminal B Southside Replacement

PGAL was hired to provide complete architectural and engineering planning and design services for the development of this new concourse and gates. The 225,000 SF facility is based on three ramp level piers to feed 30 gates served by a common passenger holding areas on the ticketing level.  Connections back to the existing tug tunnel are included as part of this development.  PGAL’s design includes in ground utilities, underground fuel systems, 28vDC ground power systems, pre conditioned air, aircraft with winglets, ground service equipment storage area, passenger amenities, airline employee support areas, power in/tow out operations, access control, CCTV and ramp informational displays.
