Experienced civil engineer and project manager is skilled in leading diverse public- and private-sector projects.

Angie Bowers, PE, PMP, has joined PGAL as Engineering Associate Principal.

An experienced Professional Civil Engineer and Professional Project Manager, Bowers is skilled in leading a range of public- and private-sector projects. Her broad experience encompasses commercial, industrial, mixed-use development, single-family, multi-family, roadways and drainage, contingency design and construction management, foreign military sales and federal contracting projects.

“The addition of Angie to PGAL brings exceptional leadership and breadth of expertise to our in-house engineering team,” said PGAL Chief Executive Officer Jeff Gerber, AIA, LEED AP. “Without question, our clients will benefit from her guidance and specialized expertise.”

Prior to joining PGAL, Bowers served as Senior Civil Engineer at Pape‐Dawson Engineers in Houston. She has previously served as Senior Project Manager at URS Corporation (now AECOM) in Germantown, Md., as well as Project Manager of the Afghanistan Reachback Support Branch of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Middle East District in Winchester, Va.

Bowers earned a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University. A licensed Professional Civil Engineer in Texas and West Virginia, she is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
