LAS Terminal 3 Gets NAIOP Nod

McCarran International Airport Terminal 3. Las Vegas, has earned the Community Impact Project Award, NAIOP Southern Nevada 17th Annual Spotlight Awards. PGAL was Prime Consultant/Lead Architect for this $2 billion project which includes a 2 million SF Terminal 3 building with 14 new aircraft gates (7 International swing gates) and terminal facilities to serve it and 30 existing gates at Terminal D. The project also included: a central plant, a 5,954-space garage connected to Terminal 3 by three pedestrian bridges elevated over roadways; a parking administration building; taxi staging structure; two Automatic People Mover Stations and a new roadway system that relocated a major road and provides access to the new terminal while integrating with the overall McCarran Airport vehicle/pedestrian circulation.
