L.J. Vincik, P.E., RPLS, PGAL's Director of Engineering, brings over 30 years experience managing infrastructure design and construction projects for public and private sectors. L.J.'s project background encompasses highways, streets, bridges, flood control, railroad, ROW, site development, airports, seaports, pipelines, subdivisions, industrial site work, buildings, traffic control, maintenance, water, wastewater, lift stations, and surveying. He is a past recipient of the Gib Gilchrist Award presented by Texas A and M University for outstanding service in transportation engineering with TxDOT. His recent assignments include I-10 Section Design, Runway 13-31 Widening and Drainage Improvements in Corpus Christi, TX, Sam Houston Tollway, SH 130 Toll Road Due Diligence and Project Monitoring, Design Management for the Houston Independent School District's bond program, and Program Management for the recent Houston Community College Capital Improvements Plan.
