Ian Nestler is an award winning planner and designer who has specialized in the aviation, education, civic, and justice fields for 34 years. A strong proponent of sustainable and green design initiatives, his projects are nationwide and include the $100 million Ft. Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport’s new International Terminal 4; the $37 million US Federal Courthouse in Ft. Pierce; the $42 million Florida Atlantic University Innovation Village Student Apartments in Boca Raton; the new 125,000 sf campus for Florida Atlantic University’s MacArthur Campus and Honors College; $50 million in Fire and Library Facilities for Broward County; $64 million in new parking garages for the University of Florida, Florida International University and the City of Delray Beach; $85 million in new elementary schools and a high school expansion for Palm Beach County; and the 50,000 SF expansion to Union Hills High School in Phoenix.
