David L. Andrews, AIA, leads PGAL’s design efforts on a variety of projects including criminal justice, health care, education, commercial and industrial facilities. Throughout his 32 years of architectural experience, David has acquired a thorough understanding of all facets of the profession from initial programming to construction administration. His project experience includes METRO’s Administration Office Building and Downtown Transit Center, Harris County’s new Civil Justice Building, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas-Houston Branch. He has recently completed the Collin County Courthouse Complex and University of Texas Legends and Honors Residence Halls. David currently serves on the Board of the Rice Design Alliance and is active in the American Institute of Architects.
