Costas Georghiou, P.E., leads PGAL’s transportation engineering practice. His expertise encompasses the planning, design and construction management of major urban thoroughfares, airport access roads, highways, bridges, toll roads, and interchanges. During his 25+ career, he has led such high-profile projects such as METRO’s Light Rail Transit Line Section 5, the City of Houston’s Street & Bridge Program Management, and the alignment studies for the Texas high Speed Rail. Costas has been a principal at PGAL since 1999.
