For the Punta Reforma 180 project in México City, PGAL is providing overall design team coordination for the LEED certification process, seeking LEED-NC Gold. The project consists of a 35 story high-rise office building with approximately 700,000 square feet and also includes nine levels of underground parking structure.
For this project, PGAL developed a strategic alliance with a Mexican engineering firm who is providing the local commissioning in coordination with PGAL and our commissioning team. Construction is scheduled to start in March 2008 and is slated to be completed in March, 2011.
