Consolidation of the shuttle bus system will significantly reduce greenhouse gases and the pedestrian and bike paths with bike storage will further fuel the movement to “green”. Strategic landscaping and use of pervious materials will assist in handling storm water runoff and drainage. Demolition materials reclaimed from prior development on the site will be recycled and reused.
