PGAL, as part of the program management team, was responsible for the development of the detailed program management plan and design standards for a new 135-acre consolidated rental car facility. The work includes assisting the aviation department with day-to-day management, coordination and interface with the selected A/E team. The new facility includes 200,000 SF customer service/admin. Terminal; 6,000-car parking garage; 11,000-car surface parking; car wash, fueling and maintenance facilities; accommodations for bus system and future people-mover system; concession area; remote check-in for airlines including ticketing and baggage drop.
