Program Manager for this $100M Program, which includes the reconstruction of major thoroughfares and neighborhood streets. PGAL’s responsibilities include the management of 40 design contracts including bid negotiation, design reviews, coordination with private utilities and railroads, public involvement, review and approval of invoices and award of construction contracts. The design contracts include asphalt and concrete paving, storm sewers, water and sanitary sewer lines, sidewalks, bridges, signing and striping and traffic control and signals.
