Prepared a master plan, which includes a new city hall, park, garage, and future commercial developments in addition to a federal plaza. PGAL prepared design for a 198,000 SF courthouse that celebrates Brownsville’s heritage as well as the solemnity, integrity, and fairness of the Federal Judicial System. This project is the model for future courthouse developments and serves as a catalyst for an area slated to become Brownsville’s revitalized civic gateway, with offices and retail to support the civic buildings.
