Provided a city-wide space needs assessment study including a master plan for 5, 10, 15 and 20-year periods for City departments and facilities. The study provides a detailed growth plan for each department and is the tool to anticipate future capital improvements. As part of this project, PGAL developed a space program for a new 70,000 SF public safety building which includes a police station, jail cells, emergency operations center, bill paying and permit annex, fire marshal/EMS and municipal court facilities.
